A Quiet Couple of Days

The last few days have been quiet ones in the Heinisch family.  Meg, Doug, Brett and Cal have been engrossed in projects at work.  I don't think that any of them have minded, but that has lead to less phones calls home and not as much free time at all.  Cameron also stayed busy.  He started studying for his upcoming tests, working on essays for the honors program and figuring out his plans for next year's classes.

While everyone was occupied elsewhere, Grandma, Grandpa, and I have been spending the last few days of their time in Ocala at home.  Yesterday, we got out of the house to see the movie, Beekeeper.  It starred Jason Statham, one of Grandpa's favorite actors.  He warned me that it would be violent and it definitely was.  The overall, movie, however was way better than I thought that it would be and we liked it very much.  We told Doug all about it on our way to Jaws for dinner.

Today was mostly spent packing, but we did make it out to eat lunch at Wendy's, stop at Bealls for Valentine's Day towels, and pick up Subway for the trip to Indiana tomorrow.  Last night, we were able to play Oh Hell, but tonight Doug had to work.  None of us minded missing our card game as IU basketball was playing Iowa.  Cameron sent us pictures from the game before it started.  He was excited to be a part of it.  The game was one of the best of the season and kept everyone on the edge of their seats until the very end when IU finally pulled ahead for good, winning 74-68.  Everyone went to bed happy.  It was a great way to spend my parents last night in Ocala.
