All Out of Eggs

Doug went to the grocery store this morning after mass as he normally does on Sunday mornings, but this time his trip was unproductive.  The coolers at New Market had quit working in the night so the majority of what he needed was unavailable.  As Meg and I both wanted scrambled eggs for lunch he thought he'd try CVS later in the day.  There must have been a run on eggs in town as their cooler was empty as well.  Thankfully, we still had enough for lunch.

The rest of day was quiet, but productive.  I finished our Christmas shopping online, took a walk in the beautiful fifty degree weather, and finished several small projects.  Doug raked leaves, did some work online, and argued with DirectTV about our service.  Cam helped me clean the pigs cage and earned service hours for helping Doug in the yard.  Meg had a paper to write before she could do anything else.  She finished it early and we enjoyed eating dinner with her and Nick.  We ended the night with a game of pool and a movie.  It was the perfect way to relax after a busy weekend.
