One More Trip on His Own

Doug arrived yesterday afternoon, happy to be home.  He decide to leave Ocala yesterday at 2:30 and stop along the way.  It worked out well for him as he was able to make it to Kentucky before stopping for the night.  That made his trip home this morning only six hours.  He was set up and working by 1:30 in the afternoon.

I was really glad to have Doug home as this week seemed long without him.  Although Meg and Cameron weren't quite excited enough to make him a "Welcome Home" poster like Meg did many years ago, they really did miss having him around as well.  Soon life will change for the four of us.  Doug only has one more trip to make by himself before we officially move.  I will really miss having Meg and Cameron at home, but one nice benefit will be that I can travel with Doug instead of waving goodbye to him as he pulls out of the driveway.
