International Cuisine

For the winter interterm at Bethany, Cameron took International Cuisine.  He really liked the class and couldn’t wait to try some of the recipes at home.  It took awhile for Renae to compile all of them into a book, but before he graduated she gave him a copy of each recipe that they made.

Cameron was very excited to try a the recipes, especially the ones that he didn’t make in class, but had only sampled.  Since Cameron didn’t have to work today, he decided that it was the perfect time to make two of the dishes - won tons and crab rangoon.  We went to Walmart together and were glad to find all of the items on our list.

It took Cameron about an hour to prepare the meal, but it was well worth the wait.  Everything was delicious and I suggested that he make them again when Doug got back from Florida.  Cameron told me a few parts that he would change, but overall I thought they were fantastic.  Meg tried the won tons and enjoyed those very much.  Overall, it was a wonderful dinner and reminded me of why we loved the Bethany experience.
