A Great Start to the Week

Tonight was the first of six matches out of nine days for Meg.  It was the same for her last year, but in the middle of it was Prom.  Thankfully, it was moved this year due to the Fish Fry.  Thus, Meg only had to focus on tennis.  Tonight's match was a tough one especially with the wind.  Meg played very well, wearing her opponent down with her shot selection.  The first set was close, but in the end Meg won in two sets, the second at 6-0.  We enjoyed her match very much and were happy to see her get a win to start a touch week.  Her matches do not get much easier from here with Mishawaka Marian, Northwood and Goshen next on the agenda.  For now we will be happy that she was proud of her play this evening.
