A Different Year

Tonight Meg had her first home match of the season.  The girls played Central Noble and it was a lot different than last year.  In that match Meg was the last one off the court winning in an intense three setter.  This evening was the complete opposite.  Meg was the second one off of the court and only lost one game in the two set match.  It was a lot of fun to watch.  After the first four games, Meg started moving the ball well.  She had her opponent on the run and had several nice put aways.   Meg had told us beforehand that several of the Cougar standouts from last years team had graduated.  It was obvious that this wasn't the same group that Bethany played last year as the team won easily at 5-0 in this lopsided match.  No matter the reason it was great to get a win and nice to be done early.
