We celebrated the end of a wonderful week by taking Meg, Nick and Cameron out to dinner at Mad Anthony's last night. We had hoped to see the lights at Center Lake while we were in Warsaw as they were all set up around the park, but they won't be turned on until next Friday. None of us minded as everyone had other plans. Cameron drove from Warsaw to Bethany to watch the boys game. On his way, he dropped Meg and Nick in Milford to pick up Nick's car. They stopped by Grandma Jane's for awhile. Doug and I used our night out of town to pick up groceries. We all met up later at home with plenty of time to play Chameleon before turning in for the evening.
As soon as Meg left after lunch today, Cameron took off for Goshen. He had made plans with Alina this afternoon. Doug and I then spent our afternoon setting up the rest of the Christmas and cleaning the house from all of the traffic this week. We were absolutely exhausted by the end of the night, but extremely happy for all of the family time over the past ten days. Tomorrow will definitely be a let down, but knowing that we will all be together again soon, has helped alleviate some of the holiday blues this evening.
