Tennis Camp

Cam left this morning for tennis camp.  He was looking forward to his week in Angola.  The plan was for them to play a lot of tennis, have fun during their down time and end each night with devotionals.  I heard from him at the end of the day.  Breece had given him two shirts from his recent vacation - one from the University of Minnesota and the other from Northwestern.  Cam was extremely appreciative of the gift.

Meg came home for her break tonight at 4:30.  She was excited about her cabin and that Gabby was a counselor in the cabin next to hers.  There were several counselors that were not coming back this week.  Meg was sad to hear that, but happy for her situation.  When she left for camp, Doug and I went to the Knights end of the year celebration and awards ceremony.  It was held at the Owl's Nest in North Webster.  We had never been there and liked the facility and the food.  The evening was a little long as there were a lot of awards to hand out and also an officers instillation ceremony.  Meg was recognized for her scholarship, however, which both Doug and I both appreciated very much.
