Making Progress

Meg was home at 5 for her extended break this evening.  Doug made chicken curry for her so that she could spend her time working on her business class.  She was able to finish her webinar, shower and write a page of her paper that is due August 3rd.  She and her Doug also looked through the Top Hat information.  They were able to figure out how to access the IU library for the research and citations that she will need.  She was a little overwhelmed when she headed back to camp, but she had made a lot of progress this week and had a planned mapped out for the weekend and next week.  We were glad that she took the class.  It will help her prepare for her freshmen year, not only at Kelley, but also in time management and study skills.

While Meg was working on her class, Cameron played golf with Grandma.  They couldn't play this morning as Cam had tennis and it looked like they were out of luck this afternoon as well.  Thankfully, Gene was able to squeeze them in around 3:30 so they could get in nine before the NIPSCO league took over.  He had plans with Grandma and Grandpa to go to Chubbies afterward for $2 burger night, but it was absolutely packed.  Therefore, they ate at Cam's favorite in town spot instead - Petersons.  Once they got home and Meg left, we loaded the van for Bloomington and then played Oh Hell.  It was a nice way to end the evening.
