Snow Club

Last December Cameron asked us what we thought about him joining Snow Club at Bethany.  He was worried about the cost, but once we went through the price of lift tickets and ski rentals he realized the value of going with the school.  He would also have friends to ski with which would make it more enjoyable.  Last night was his fifth and final time riding the Bethany bus to Swiss Valley for an evening of skiing and fun.  He was definitely happy with how the season went.  I had told him that I had always wanted to learn how to ski, but never had the opportunity.  Therefore, I was glad that he took advantage of the club's activities.  He said that he had improved during the past two months and was even able to handle a few of the smaller jumps.  Although Cameron finished the season injury free, Samuel was not so lucky tonight as he hurt his knee.  Cam seemed confident that he would be fine.  Either way it didn't deter him from making plans with Avery to go back to Michigan again this coming weekend.
