A Beautiful Day in Bloomington

It definitely felt like spring today in Bloomington.  We took full advantage of the beautiful weather by  enjoying a picnic at Oliver Winery.  Nick and Meg were able to join the four of us.  Afterward Doug and Cam headed out into the sunshine to play nine holes at Rolling Meadows Golf Club in Gosport.  They had never played there before and really liked it.  The price was right as well as it only cost them $8 each.  Brett and I noticed a lot of people wearing shorts while we were driving to see The Call of the Wild.  The movie was almost as wonderful as the sunshine of the afternoon.  Nick and Meg also took advantage of the Spring-like weather to go hiking at Brown County State Park.

Cal was the only one that spent the day inside.  He had quite a bit of styling to do.  He was able to meet us at Cafe Pizzeria for dinner and brought HM along to join us as well.  It was great seeing both of them and hearing about their upcoming Spring Break trips.  It was al little too cool for me to hang out outside tonight, so we spent the rest of the evening playing Ticket to Ride, The Donner Dinner Party, Exploding Kittens and Sequence at Brett's.  Even though Doug continued his domination in the first game, we still had a lot of fun together.
