Copacabana

It was another busy day in the Heinisch home.  Cam had an early morning tournament once again,  his last of the year.  He played well, but the greens at Maple Crest were pretty challenging.  Thus, he didn't score as well as yesterday.  He was happy with his round, however, especially his birdie on the last hole.

Once I got home from the tourney Meg and I headed to Mrs. Kaiser's for "a day on the lake" get together.  It was nice of her to host everyone and to take the staff's children tubing.  While everyone was on the lake Meg and I visited with Mrs. Busse, Mrs. Speicher and Mr. Casey.  It was a nice end to my teaching days at Milford school.

Cal and Doug spent the evening golfing at Maxwelton.  They had a great time and stories to tell once they got home.  While they were out Meg, Mom, Dad, Cam and I went to the musical production of Copacabana at the Round Barn theater.  I thought it would be a musical filled with Barry Manilow songs, but it actually only had the one.  This was the first time we have gone  early in a production as opening night was yesterday.  There was definitely some errors and several wardrobe malfunctions.  It was a fun storyline, however, and we enjoyed it.
