The best part of summer is hanging out with friends and all three Heinisch children here have gotten a good start on that. Cal and Cameron Adams have played golf multiple times and last night Cal went with a group to see the movie Poltergeist. Meg also went to the movies to see Paul Blart Mall Cop 2 with Preston and Tess last night. They had frozen yogurt at Honey's while they waited for me to return. The rest of the evening was spent at our house trying to summon the ghost of "Charlie" to appear. Today's activity brought Meg to Jared and Jacob's for an end of school year party. They even went swimming in the less than 60 degree weather!
Cam had Braxton and Evan over for the day yesterday. They played Pokemon and Cops and Robbers, ate pizza and celebrated their survival of fourth grade. It was a fun three day weekend for Cal, Meg and Cam. Tomorrow Cal starts summer school and Meg has basketball and soccer practice. Even though they will be busy there will still be friends at every turn this summer, maybe even some new ones.
