Library Interviews

Tonight was our first round of interviews for a new library director.  I realized at the end that I had never sat on the interviewer side of the table before.   We still have a few more applications and interviews to go through.  I will feel a lot more relaxed during the next round.  It also helps that there were other board members and a library employee there with me.   I have definitely gained a lot of knowledge and experience since I joined the board almost ten years ago.
