It was cold today in Syracuse, but that didn't hinder any of our plans. Doug and I were able to relax, play Oh Hell with my parents, and watch Jeopardy with my Dad. We did venture out to run a few errands in town and even made it to Goshen Brewing Company for dinner. The only disappointing part of today came with dinner. GBCo had changed their French fries. They were quite a bit thicker than before and seasoned differently. As they had always been my favorite appetizer, I was a little sad. Thankfully, the brewery had added other items to the menu to compensate for the change including a new soft pretzel and hummus dish for me and anchovy bruschetta for Doug. Overall, we had an awesome day and appreciated the slow pace very much.
