Crafts

One thing that Meg was really looking forward to when she quit her job with Plante Moran was having free time to do what she wanted.  Besides doing a lot more cooking, Meg really wanted to resume crafting.  She had loved making friendship bracelets during the down time at college.  Since then, she had increased her skills to include painting and more recently jewelry making.  

Next weekend Meg has invited Maddy up for a visit.  Maddy has always shared Meg's love of crafting, and during their visit they will be able to create a few new pieces and talk about crafts that they had been working on all while catching up with each other.  Meg sent me a few pictures of her new creations including one for Maddy.  I was very impressed with all that she had made.  

Meg also said that she was thinking about starting an Etsy account to sell her jewelry online once she moved to Florida. I thought that was a great idea.  Since it would have to wait a few months, she decided to settle on using her talents to make Christmas gifts for everyone instead.  I am excited to see what she makes.
