Cal called Doug several times over the past few days. He was unsure that it would still work to take I-Core in the summer. He felt that he wouldn't have classes to take next Spring as he would finish his undergrad portion at Kelley in December. The graduate classes that he would need to start with were only offered in the fall. Thus, he decided to meet with a counselor and come up with a plan that would include dual majoring in accounting and analytics. He would also move I-Core to the fall.
We found out at three that he would be able to do both. Thus, Cal changed his scheduled and at the same time changed his mind about coming home this weekend. Originally he was going to stay in Bloomington since we would all be there. Knowing that it would be challenging for him to make the trip later in the month we thought it was good for him to come home as well. Since Brett had originally talked about being here this weekend it worked out perfectly for both. Brett had finished his first year of grad school today at 2 p.m. and Cal would be done with finals tomorrow night. That would give Brett time to do some cleaning and shopping before meeting up with Cal. The only downside of the plan was how much laundry they expected to being with them.
