It's Done

It's official.  The bathroom remodel upstairs is complete.  We weren't sure the plumber would be able to finish tonight, because of a glitch with the shower head.  At 7 p.m., however, he wished us a good night and told us everything was ready.  As soon as dinner was over I finished cleaning the new bathroom and set up the shower rod and curtain.  Meg moved all of her bathroom supplies into the cabinets before she had to get ready for bed.

The bathroom project took longer than I thought it would, but we have been busy with soccer, school and trips to Bloomington that I didn't really notice.  The new cabinets and shower/tub fit the space so much better than the previous ones.  It is not only more functional, but it is also so much better to look at. Now if we can just keep the towels off the floor.
