Today Doug, Cam, Meg and I went to the Notre Dame girls basketball game against Wake Forest. The Knights had offered members tickets and we were appreciative of the chance to see the #1 women's team in the nation play. From the start the Irish controlled the game and for awhile Cam thought that we might be witnessing a shutout. Wake Forest did score, eventually, but overall it wasn't very competitive. We didn't mind as we enjoyed the experience. Meg even ran into a few of her Bethany classmates. They were there for a birthday celebration.
After the game Meg and I dropped Cam and Doug off at Buffalo Wild Wings. They wanted to catch the end of the Patriots game. She and I took the opportunity to do some window shopping at the UP mall. When we returned to pick them up, Doug was happy to report that Tom Brady had won. Our next stop was Papa Vino's. Doug chose an Italian pizza for dinner and the rest of us tried a pasta dish. All were excellent and we enjoyed our day out after the snowstorm yesterday.
