Yesterday I took Meg, Preston, Cam and Braxton to Chuck E. Cheese. Meg and Preston weren't sure about going with us, but I believe they had fun. Once they were done there we ran them over to the mall. Cam, Braxton and I went back to Chuck E. Cheese and I took them on in basketball and skee ball.
We decided not to eat at Chuck E. Cheese and instead meet Meg and Preston at the food court in the mall. Everyone chose Chick-Fil-A. Afterward we walked around the mall for a little bit and then met up at the candy store. Cam, Braxton and I had gone to this one before when we went to see the Nutcracker. Everyone chose their favorite Jelly Belly's or gummy bears. Preston, however, picked a box of jelly beans that reminded of those from Harry Potter. They had some very interesting flavors to them - toothpaste, baby wipes, lawn clippings, etc. He talked Meg into one that ended up being booger flavor. She didn't vomit, but she didn't try anymore. Cam was more adventurous. He had one that was either going to be black licorice or skunk spray - it was skunk spray. He also tried canned dog food and baby wipes. He did alright with all of them except for rotten egg. He said that was disgusting.
I had a lot of fun taking everyone. It was a nice short trip before school starts. I wouldn't have thought of the jelly beans, but they sure made the ride home fun.
