Back to the Drawing Board

Last night was our second game of the season.  We did better than last week, but we still have a lot of work to do.  Doug and I spent about an hour working on ideas to help them.  Today I put the new thoughts into practice.  We have a new play and are working on aggression, defense and sprinting.  They liked the new play and we put a lot of work into it.  It's challenging to get through to them that they are playing at half speed.  We worked on that as well.  I hope it starts to fall in place.  No matter what, they will definitely learn a lot.
