It was a long day for me. I felt horrible this morning and wish that I could have taken the day off. My students are sewing, however, and it is too hard for a substitute to help them. Thus, I had to go in even though I got very little sleep.
I had to tutor after school. I definitely do not like Honors Geometry, but it is a subject that I know well. Meg will benefit from that next year when she has to take the class.
The evening ended with Doug and I meeting with Cal. Our wish is that he will start taking his grades as seriously as he does his friendships and sports. It was a good conversation and I hope that he understands how much we love him and want him to live up to his potential.
