All that keeps going through my head is the Alice Cooper song, "Schools out for Summer!" Or as Brett could add, "Schools out Forever!" The last day of school is always a great one. This year we added three days to the school calendar because of snow days, so it feels even better to finally be done!
Brett survived gradation practice. Cal survived freshmen finals week. Meg survived field day without broken glasses and Cam just celebrated the Miami Heat victory from last night all day! As we drove home today each of the four told me that it doesn't feel like the last day of school. It will by Monday of next week. Can't wait for days by the pool, craft camp, golf, and all that comes from summer vacation! I will enjoy it all!
